As part of the consultation with Sandon residents, the VDS Association organised a Photo/Fun Day based in Sandon School Hall on Saturday 17th June 2006. After a briefing, participants went out in groups along seven pre-defined routes looking for aspects that they particularly liked or disliked. They took photographs with digital cameras. During the afternoon, the pictures were printed and the groups laid out their pictures and added their comments to the displays. The pictures and comments were displayed at the Sandon Fete on Sunday 25th June 2006 and visitors were encouraged to add their comments to the pictures using post-it notes. This web site continues this consultation exercise. The pictures are displayed here along with some of the comments and you are invited to participate by adding your views. All relevant comments will be taken into consideration in the production of the VDS. Please note that, since the VDS is specific to Sandon Parish, only the views of Sandon residents will be considered. On completion of this phase, the accumulated comments will be used in the production of a questionnaire that will be circulated to all Sandon Parish residents in the Autumn. The photographs are arranged in groups defined by the aspects appropriate to a VDS.
